Terms (Terms and Conditions)

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between Zenvio Solutions (Denny Röthe) and the customer for the provision of services in the areas of marketing, consulting and digital solutions.

2. Contract Formation

A contract is formed upon written order confirmation by Zenvio Solutions. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized unless Zenvio Solutions has expressly agreed to their applicability.

3. Scope of Services

The scope of services to be provided is determined by the respective agreement or offer. Changes and supplements require written form.

4. Remuneration and Payment

Remuneration is determined by the respective agreement. Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date without deduction, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Liability

Zenvio Solutions is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable, typically occurring damages.

6. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Place of jurisdiction is Kamp-Lintfort, insofar as legally permissible.
